I installed a plugin that should check newly created users for known spammer ips and known spammer usernames. Please report any issues you find. I will evaluate how this works . --Jka 07:39, 10 March 2011 (UTC)

Looks like that plugin was not sufficient. New account creation has been locked down - All user accounts that have been involved in spam will be deleted - please report if you find that your account has been deleted in error. Everybody should now be able to read content , and registered users should be able to edit pages. Contact me or a vdfwiki sysop if you need a new account. --Jka 07:49, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
